The Learner Mindset is Evolving
Get ready for something different. I'm excited, you might be too
✋ Hello after a long break frens!
The Learner Mindset is changing.
Since the beginning of this publication, I have written about personal learning and surfing the knowledge domains.
This has been interesting, yet limiting.
In time, I found that keeping the publication topics coherent got in the way of my creativity.
And I didn’t like that.
There were numerous situations where the muse visited me and I wanted to share my creations – yet I felt that there was not enough space for sharing my insights and journey within this rather limited and over-coherent publication.
I want to cover a wider array of topics and experiment with the form.
For those of you who enjoy the personal learning content I create – worry not! I plan to keep the personal learning angle, as it’s always been and is close to my 💚 . Nevertheless, some expansion of topics is needed.
What topics can you expect
(in no particular order, other than length of the word 😉)
Learning and Personal Development
Future-proofing businesses
Futures thinking
Adaptability
Spiritualism
Complexity
Soulcraft
Curiosity
Change
…
Yep, it's a complex jungle 🌿 - but that's exactly what makes it so fascinating to explore! Just like a real jungle, every twist and turn brings new discoveries and unexpected connections.
The above array of topics will enable me to achieve three important personal goals:
Lower the barrier for sharing some ideas and my works with you — because I’m essentially branching out and creating more space for sharing
I will have no more excuses for not writing anymore – because the publication will now be able to accommodate more of my non-homogenous spectrum of ever-evolving interests
Transform my writing into a more metamorphic and less instrumental form of expression. Thanks
for providing the maps 💚

1. Career Navigator for the confused people
This is an interesting one. Practical. Life-saving, or at least sanity-saving for myself 😅I’m working on a big-picture navigation OS for exploring potential career paths in life.
The system is built with multiplotentialites and curious people.
I want to help them navigate their multiple interests while keeping the inspiration (and $) flowing. The system is designed so that it expresses a particular dynamic/behavior. I want to reinforce a simple yet powerful dynamic:
Exploring leads to capturing value which in turn, enables you to explore even more.
Ad infinitum if you want!
I'm also working on a clear and easy-to-follow complementary framework that will facilitate this navigation. The framework is inspired by complexity thinking. It also involves the probe-sense-respond approach which makes it highly relevant to the unpredictable nature of life, duhh.
But there’s more!
This particular newsletter is the very expression of the approach that I want to take. Pay attention to the different themes and topics I touch on here. Every single topic is an experiment and a possible future path in itself. What I’m doing here is essentially learning how to express various ideas, finding patterns, molding narratives, validating the resonance, amplifying what works, and dampening what doesn’t.
s’ metamorphic process beautifully unfolds.2. The Role-agnostic Generalist
I’m figuring out how to present my generalist qualities to other… people.
I’ve designed a rather unusual resume to capture what drives me and makes me unique. It visually presents the multi-faceted nature of whatever the heck I’m doing 😉
Generalists are many things. And I find it fitting to perceive the resume as an apt expression of that fact.
So, the resume is many things:
It’s an experiment
An experiment in public persona self-definition, that emerged as a result of inspiring conversations with
from , and.It’s a challenge to the status-quo
It’s a new take, a challenge one could say — directed towards the omnipresent, role-driven approach to defining self-capabilities and qualities. For the resume itself — a friend of mine called it a ‘bio-graphic’, and there’s definitely something bio + graphical about it, I gotta give him that.
It’s a professional mirror
As a by-product of building this — I have yet again, shifted my own perception of the skills and competencies I have. It took me a loooong time to design this deck (almost 100 slides shush). Another positive of creating the role-agnostic generalist resume is that I can repurpose the content onto different touchpoints like my personal website, Upwork or Linkedin 🙂
As for the initial feedback, so far it has been mixed. Professionals in my circle praised the breadth of it, at the same time pointing out that it can be challenging for business people to tell what exactly I can do for them.
And they would be right.
I need to keep iterating.
3. System for Expertise Blends (Domain Combos)
I’m developing a system for rapid expertise blends which I call Domain Combos.
Currently researching the desirability hypothesis within the IT and product professionals group (Designers, Digital Strategists, Product Managers, Business Analysts, etc.) You can find some hot insights from the discovery survey on Prolific on my Linkedin. Let me share with you an interesting highlight.
The curious pattern I found out is that professionals spending 6+ hours weekly on developing their expertise combinations report significantly higher execution confidence and create multiple value streams from their skills.
The surprising part?
It's not just about the hours - it's how you invest them:
⭐ 80% of high-confidence professionals combine formal learning with practical application
⭐ Those investing personal time outside work hours see faster career advancement
⭐ Multiple value paths emerge naturally with consistent development time
🎯 Key takeaway:
Your expertise blend isn't just about collecting skills - it's about dedicated, strategic investment in your professional evolution.
The twist
For the Domain Combos — I’m still exploring the exact scope and potential of this concept. For instance, it inspires one to think of how new disciplines actually emerge? what’s the process? can this process be guided? if yes — how? if not — why not?, etc.
Listen to the convo below to get the big picture.
The exploration of truly exotic domains like Cosmic Sociology, Bionic Ecology, and Neuro-Architecture
4. Self, Soulcraft, and Masculine Initiation
As I was deep in the self-exploration vibes of the resume-building — I began to ask even deeper questions. So I became ravishingly interested in the topic of soulcraft, transformation, and masculine initiation processes. It tingles my “meta-narrative nodules” in a very unique way 💫. I don’t know where this particular route will take me, but oh boy I’m excited and ready!
Using the learner mindset approach, I have created a couple of domain pegs that help me follow through diving into this topic. For example, as I’m reading the “Adam’s Return” book on masculine initiation I’m also practicing Inquiry Based Learning. This makes the journey for answers way more fulfilling, rich, and interwoven into my daily life.
Let me know if that’s something you would be interested in learning more about.
5. Designing the Synthetic Self
Merging the spirit with software.
I’m playing with LLMs to create a synthetic version of myself.
It sounds grandiose, I know. Even paradoxical. I know that too. But something draws me to explore this dimension nevertheless.
I plan to start small and track the ethical and psychological considerations as I dig this more deeply. I want to create a RAG from the vast Obsidian notes database which has over 6000 different data points (notes) – a huge portion of my digital life. A friend of mine recently helped me to lay out the technical architecture for this endeavor (thank you Patryk! 💚).
I’m also taking the Harvard CS50 course learning to code, as I believe it’s a keystone skill for anyone who wants to create individualized digital experiences.
The domain peg applied here interconnects at least 3 elements:
1) acquiring coding skills + 2) self-exploration + 3) understanding how LLMs work
If you would like to hear more about this project, or perhaps you are creating your very own synthetic version of yourself — let me know in the comments, I would love to jam 🙏
6. Upskilling High-Performance Teams
Upskilling Teams has recently emerged as a potential focus in my consulting practice, especially as businesses face increasingly complex challenges.
I've developed a comprehensive training system with three core modules: Catching Context Fast, Rapid Project Onboarding, and Deep Dive Learning. The insight driving this approach came from observing how consultant work gets more demanding - I've seen firsthand how professionals often need to become competent in entirely new domains within days before the client calls.
The solution isn't just about adding more skills; it's about building what I call "Ultra-Flexible Consultants" who can confidently take on exotic projects, unlike specialists.
Through this system, I help teams master the art of rapid comprehension, streamline research with AI-powered tools, and develop robust knowledge structures that enable them to hit the ground running on any new project.
That’s all for now
Thanks for reading! 💚
